Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The massager came quickly about 15 days. Packed in a cardboard box plus a native bag case. Works bombastic! Tried to stop with my hand, it is possible but you need to press very hard. The power is very decent, unlike other Chinese cheaper ones. Plus it is that charging Type-C means charging from phones is suitable but tedious so that charging is desirable 1.5 amperes otherwise it will take longer to charge. The weight of the massager is rather heavy, as for me, it also inspires quality. The build quality is good, no wallpaper and burrs were found on the body of the device. I recommend to purchase.
